I really enjoyed trying it at home, they sent in a Tom Yum soup and wow, its going down as one of my favorites.
With shrimp, muscles, mackerel and chilies just to mention some of my favorite ingredients so a big thank you to julie for sending that one in.
we also have a great diet plan for you to print off and refer to if you get a bit shaky as i know we all do, so grab that and put it some where handy to read through.
In the next edition we have some simple exercises designed to be less straining but still get your heart going and get your blood pumping, so keep an eye out for our next issue due early february.
